Jim has been lifting since the 90s / BAWLA days, and achieved some very impressive feats. He has multiple British & European titles under his belt, and the biggest arms on the Exec.

By day he is a  Lecturer in physiology and pharmacology.

 Bryn has been propping up the sport of powerlifting for over 20 years in various capacities. In addition to being the steady hand of the NWPL ship, he also managed the Junior International Squad for 5 years and is an IPF Cat 2 referee.  

Kim is an equipped international lifter, and IPF Cat 2 referee. 

A secret M3, Henk has revolutionised the competition experience dedicating hundreds of hours to creating a competition software that can do...anything you want it to do, and much more.

A long-term lifter, referee and overseer of the NWPL accounts & financial decision making. Rome has brought us into the 21st century having implemented the use of accounting software enabling full transparency and accurate projections / budgets. 

Jacob handles the sponsorship and social media for Exec run events. He has a background in Sports Science and Biomechanics, is a National level referee and a Level 2 IPF powerlifting coach. He can otherwise be found on the second row in a scrum, or reading sci-fi.
