Established in Warrington in 2010 we are a powerlifting and strength training gym encouraging healthy living, supportive team work and positive thinking.

We’ve always been a private members-only facility, even pre-Covid and so we have very limited open gym memberships available.

We offer:

• Private Open Gym Access with your own Key Fob 06:00-22:00 7 days a week
  
• Membership App to sign in and out of the gym, book racks and more
  
• Max occupancy 20 - no waiting for kit!
  
• Speciality Powerlifting & Strongman Equipment and Powerlifting Combo Racks - Eleiko, Rogue, Strength Shop, Primal Strength + More!

We also offer Powerlifting and Strongman coaching under Raw Strength Training Systems (@rawstrengthtraining):

• Join an established powerlifting and strongman team with masters lifters. 
  
• Powerlifting Club is every Saturday 12-3pm all abilities and non-members welcome
  
• Coaches educated to degree level in Strength and Conditioning with experience in training footballers, rugby players and other athletes.
